In the rare event that we must cancel or significantly change your experience (for example due to weather, safety, or operational reasons), we will offer an alternative date or experience where possible, or a refund for the affected part of your booking.
3. No‑Show & Late Arrival
If you do not arrive on time for your scheduled experience, or fail to attend, refunds are generally not available. Many experiences involve reserved transport or third‑party providers that cannot be rescheduled at short notice.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
